Refund Policy

Order cancellation/modification
All orders can be canceled within 24 hours. If your order has been paid for but needs to be changed or canceled, please be sure to contact us within 24 hours. Once the manufacturing and shipping process has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

If you change your mind after payment and need to cancel or modify your order, please let us know why. Normally, we will process your order within 60 minutes after your payment.

Before the order is placed, we can help you cancel the order and refund it through your usual payment channel. Once an order has been placed, we will not be able to cancel it for you.

Refund
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, you can apply for a refund or reshipment if you encounter the following situation:

You did not receive your package because the carrier failed to successfully deliver it (in this case, you may need to request an official stamped certificate of lost package from your local carrier)
You received the wrong item
Item damaged during transportation
We will not issue a refund if:

Your order did not arrive due to factors outside of your control (such as providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (e.g. not passing customs, delays due to natural disasters).

If you receive an incorrect product from us, including size, color, style or other issues, please contact us with the order number, pictures and detailed reasons. After we verify these necessary information, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide the following two friendly solutions:

If you need to exchange a product of a different size or color, please contact us with your order number, picture and detailed reason for reference. After we verify this necessary information, we will get back to you as soon as possible with two possible solutions:

You can send the items back to our company, and after we receive the items (the packaging and products should be in good condition without any resale issues), we will send you the new products you need for free.

Once the item is shipped back to us and received, we will issue a refund via your usual payment method (please keep the packaging and item safe to avoid any resale issues). To return your product, you should mail it to our returns address provided below.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time and cost for your exchange product to arrive may vary.
