Customized service process

Dear customers, the customization process is as follows:
If you require custom clothing, please contact us and provide us with your doll's dimensions. We will custom-make the clothing to your specifications. Alternatively, if you have a desired outfit, please send us a picture and we will do our best to create a 1:1 match.

Once we have gathered all the information needed for a quote, we will email you a price and delivery date.

Once you have decided to order, please pay the production fee.

You can place an order via PayPal or credit card.
Once we confirm your payment, your custom doll clothing production service order is complete.

We have multiple doll sizes available. We will test the clothing as it is made and confirm it with you if there are any issues.

Once the clothing is completed, we will ship it to you immediately. Thank you for your patience!
